Photo Rules & Acceptable Use Policy

Upload one photo, and we use preset prompts and fixed reference scene images to generate a new AI video. These rules form part of our Terms of Service and apply to uploads, requests, generated outputs, and sharing. You must be at least 18 to use the service.
1. Who Can Appear
You may upload one photo of yourself or another adult who has explicitly agreed to their photo being processed to create an AI-generated video. The person in your uploaded photo must be 18 or older.
Photos of minors, celebrities, and public figures are not allowed. Do not use a photo of anyone who has not consented or who has withdrawn their consent.
You must hold all legal rights and permissions needed to upload your photo and use it for this purpose, including permission from the person in your uploaded photo and any relevant rights holder. Owning a copy of a photo does not, by itself, give you rights to use a likeness.
2. Prohibited Content and Uses
Sexual / NSFW content: Do not upload, request, create, or share pornography, nudity, sexual exploitation, sexually explicit material, or sexualized depictions of real people, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
Violence / gore: Do not create graphic or severe violence, gore, torture, threats, or content encouraging violence, terrorism, self-harm, or abuse. Do not use the service to harass, humiliate, or bully anyone.
Hate speech: Do not create content promoting hatred, discrimination, dehumanization, or violence against people based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability.
Child safety: Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual exploitation, and synthetic or altered sexual depictions of minors are strictly prohibited. Do not submit images of minors or create abusive or dangerous depictions of children.
Deepfakes / impersonation: Do not use the service for deceptive impersonation, fraud, false political or commercial endorsements, or misleading depictions of someone saying or doing something. Do not create face swaps into another real person’s identity, nudification, or fabricated intimate interactions such as kissing or hugging. Consent does not authorize these prohibited uses.
Copyright / trademark infringement: Do not upload, generate, or share content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, likeness, publicity, or other rights. This includes unauthorized use of protected photos, music, characters, logos, or branding.
3. Responsible Sharing
Generated videos are AI-created content, not recordings of real events. Do not deliberately present them as authentic footage.
When sharing, label the content as AI-generated as required by applicable law and the rules of the platform where you publish it.
If someone withdraws permission to use their likeness, stop further use and distribution of the video and address reasonable requests to delete it, including removing copies you control and seeking removal where you have shared it.
4. Your Confirmation
Before each purchase to generate a video, you must actively confirm the photo-use declaration in the Generator. A previous purchase does not provide consent for a new order.
We record the photo-use confirmation with the order, including the declaration version and confirmation time. This confirmation does not replace your responsibility to obtain the necessary rights and permission for your uploaded photo.
We may restrict use, refuse a request, remove content within our control, or take other necessary steps when content is suspected of violating these rules. In a dispute, we may ask for reasonable evidence of authorization.
5. Safety checks and enforcement
SeeAPI screens your uploaded photo for sexual or NSFW content before checkout. KIE.ai and its model provider may also apply their own safety controls. These checks can make mistakes; they do not verify age, identity, or photo authorization and do not amount to human review of every upload or output.
We do not separately screen every completed video before delivery. Passing an image check does not authorize a prohibited use. Do not attempt to bypass safety controls, evade restrictions, or submit unlawful content under fictional framing.
We may refuse requests or restrict access for violations. Payment and delivery issues remain subject to the Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights; a moderation decision does not automatically issue a cash refund. 6. Reporting and Contact
To report prohibited content or raise a photo-authorization or likeness dispute, email support@bbywowguyai.pro. Include an order reference or a description of the content, the reason for your report, and relevant information you are authorized to share.
Provide only what is needed to assess the concern. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, private access links, or illegal material. We may request clarification or reasonable evidence of your authority to make a rights complaint.
We review reports and may take appropriate action based on the information available. The same support address can be used to ask us to reconsider a decision.
