Refund Policy

This policy applies to one-time video purchases from BbY WOW Guy AI. If something goes wrong with a paid order, contact support with your order number. Refunds require manual review; a failed generation does not automatically refund your payment.
Technical failure that prevents delivery
If a technical failure prevents us from generating or delivering your paid video after reasonable automatic retries, you can contact support to request a full refund. We will manually review the order and its processing status. A processing delay alone does not mean generation has permanently failed.
Do not make another purchase just to retry a failed or uncertain order. Keep the order number and contact support first.
Successfully delivered videos
For a video that has been successfully generated, can be previewed and downloaded normally, and meets the specifications purchased, we generally do not offer a refund solely because of subjective preferences about the generated result, movements, or appearance details. Applicable legal rights and remedies still apply.
If your video cannot be played or downloaded normally, or its delivered specifications materially differ from what you purchased, contact support. We will first provide technical support and try to resolve the issue. If we ultimately cannot deliver the video as purchased, we will provide an appropriate refund through manual support handling. These delivery problems are not treated as subjective dissatisfaction.
Not receiving an email is not, by itself, a generation failure if your video has been generated and you can preview and download it in My Orders. We will first help you access the video through My Orders and, if needed, use order recovery. If you supplied a delivery email, you can request a recovery link from My Orders. Contact support if you still cannot access your order or video.
How to request a refund
Email support@bbywowguyai.pro with your order number, payment date, amount, and a description of the problem. Include your delivery email if you supplied one. Do not send full card details or private recovery links.
Refund requests and approved refunds are handled manually by support. Refunds are not issued automatically, and we do not promise a fixed review or bank processing time. After a successful refund is confirmed, access to the video is removed. If a refund fails, contact support with the same order number.
Statutory rights
This policy does not limit any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights that apply by law. Starting generation, previewing, or downloading a video does not, by itself, mean that you have waived those rights.
