BbY WOW Guy AI ("we," "us," or "our") processes personal information when you visit bbywowguyai.pro, upload one photo, purchase a video, use My Orders, or contact support. No account registration is required to purchase or receive a video. Upload one photo, and we use preset prompts and fixed reference scene images to generate a new AI video.
About this policy
This policy describes how BbY WOW Guy AI handles your information. Contact support@bbywowguyai.pro with questions or privacy requests. Browsing the website or selecting a photo on your device does not, by itself, upload it.
Information we process
When you continue to payment, your selected photo is uploaded to private Cloudflare storage. We process the photo, file details, its fingerprint, selected video quality, and upload identifier for safety checks and video generation.
We keep guest order records, including the order number, quality, price, currency, payment and refund status, timestamps, generation status, and provider task references. If you provide a delivery email, we use it for completion notifications and order recovery. An email is optional for video delivery.
For each new order, we record your active photo-use confirmation, the version of the authorization declaration, and the confirmation time. We use this record to document the declaration associated with the order and help investigate authorization disputes. It does not verify the age or identity of anyone shown or replace their permission.
If you use account sign-in, we process the account, authentication, and session information needed for that feature, such as your email, verification status, password hash where applicable, and session request information. Guest orders do not require an account.
Our infrastructure and security services process request information, such as IP addresses and security-check results, to operate the website and limit abuse. If you contact support, we also process the information you send.
How we use information
We process photos and order information to perform our agreement with you: checking submitted images, generating and delivering your video, processing payment, providing optional completion notices and requested order recovery, and handling support.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interests to prevent abuse, secure order access, investigate failures, and resolve disputes, subject to your rights. We process information to meet legal obligations and rely on consent where required for optional processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
An optional delivery email is used for service communications about your order and recovery. Providing it does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Services involved in your order
Cloudflare provides website hosting, database services, private photo and video storage, and email delivery and routing. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and request signals to help prevent automated abuse. Relevant information includes uploaded photos, generated videos, order and access records, and email addresses and messages needed for delivery, recovery, or support.
SeeAPI receives temporary access to your uploaded photo for image safety screening before checkout. KIE.ai processes your uploaded photo for AI video generation. fal.ai processes the generated video and audio to produce the finished video.
Waffo Pancake handles checkout and payment processing. We send the selected product, price, and order references, and receive payment and refund information. We do not send your optional delivery email to Waffo through our checkout integration; Waffo may separately request a billing email and payment details. We do not store full payment card numbers.
These providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices. Our storage and access periods below do not guarantee when a provider deletes its copies, logs, or backups.
BbY WOW Guy AI does not use your uploaded photos to train its own AI models or publish them as marketing examples. This is not a guarantee about independent provider training, retention, or other data practices. Providers may process information outside your country, where privacy laws may differ. Contact support for information about the safeguards applicable to your data.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or a valid legal request, to address fraud or protect rights and safety, or at your direction.
Private media and order access
Uploaded photos and completed videos are stored privately. Processing services receive the access needed to provide the service. Your orders and videos are not published as public examples.
My Orders uses a secure browser cookie to protect access to your orders. An order number by itself does not authorize access. Keep private access links and browser credentials confidential. Clearing browser data or ending a private browsing session can remove access, especially if you did not provide a delivery email.
Email recovery links are valid for 24 hours and can be claimed by one browser. Download links are valid for five minutes and still require an eligible, unexpired order. Do not share these private links. A confirmed successful refund removes access to the video.
Cookies and website measurement
We use necessary cookies for private order access and, if you choose to sign in, account sessions. Cloudflare hosting and Turnstile process browser and request information for service operation and abuse prevention.
We do not currently enable Google Analytics, Umami, or optional first-party visitor attribution on this website. We do not set advertising cookies. Cloudflare may process traffic, security, and performance information as part of providing hosting services. Necessary order and payment records are separate from website analytics.
Storage and access periods
Uploaded photos and temporary upload records expire after 24 hours. Photos become eligible for deletion earlier when an order completes, fails, is refunded, or expires. When background cleanup runs, it removes eligible files that are no longer needed for active processing; expiry does not guarantee physical deletion at that time.
Completed videos are available for 14 days after completion. Access stops at expiry; the stored video becomes eligible for removal when background cleanup runs. Download your copy before the deadline.
The browser access cookie and its server-side authorization expire after 180 days and may be renewed when a purchase session or order recovery is started. Expired recovery and download credentials become eligible for removal when background cleanup runs.
When background cleanup runs, it removes delivery emails and temporary media and checkout links from orders older than 180 days that are no longer processing, and deletes queued or sent email records older than 180 days. Commercial order and payment history, browser authorization records, and order access records have no fixed automatic deletion period. Support correspondence and operational logs are not covered by this cleanup schedule.
Photo-authorization records remain with the commercial order record and have no separate fixed automatic deletion period. Scheduled cleanup is not currently enabled; access expiry does not depend on immediate physical deletion. Contact support to request deletion. Provider copies, logs, and backups are subject to separate retention practices, and we do not guarantee a deletion deadline for them.
If you choose to use an account, account records have no fixed automatic deletion period. Sign-in sessions are valid for seven days and may be renewed; session validity is not a deletion deadline. Contact support to request account deletion. Records needed for accounting, tax, disputes, fraud prevention, or other legal obligations may need to be retained.
Privacy questions and requests
Contact support@bbywowguyai.pro to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection authority.
We may ask for proportionate information to verify that a request relates to your order or account. We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful limits, including records we must retain. Deleting our copy does not necessarily delete copies held by processing providers.
Security and age restrictions
We use HTTPS, private media storage, and access checks for orders and videos. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected unauthorized access to support. We will provide any security incident notices required by applicable law.
The service is for adults aged 18 or older. Photos of minors are not permitted. These rules do not mean that we verify age or identity. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact support so we can assess the matter and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
Policy changes
We update the date on this page when the policy changes. Material changes will be notified through the website or available contact details as required by applicable law. We will obtain consent where required.
