These Terms of Service govern your use of BbY WOW Guy AI at bbywowguyai.pro, including one-time video purchases. By using the service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
The service
Upload one photo, and we use preset prompts and fixed reference scene images to generate a new AI video.
BbY WOW Guy AI is an independent service. Naming a model or provider does not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Outputs are AI-generated creative content, not recordings of real events. Do not present them as authentic footage.
Choose 480p for $6.90, 720p HD for $12.90, or 1080p Full HD for $22.90. Each purchase includes one video at the selected quality. Review the currency, total, and any applicable taxes at checkout before authorizing payment. Future price changes do not change an order already purchased.
One payment, one video
No account registration is required. Each one-time payment purchases one video at the quality and price shown before checkout. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, or credit balance. Waffo Pancake processes payment through its checkout; we do not store full payment card numbers.
Generation begins automatically after payment is confirmed and continues in the background. Processing time can vary; generation is not instant.
You may stop using the service at any time. If you wish to cancel a paid order, contact support with the order number. Generation starts after payment confirmation, so a cancellation request may not stop processing and is subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Your photo and the generated result
You must be at least 18 to use the service. Upload one photo of yourself or another consenting adult, with all necessary image and likeness rights for the person in the photo. Photos of minors, celebrities, and public figures are not allowed. Actively confirm the photo-use declaration for each new order and follow the Photo Rules & Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You retain your rights in your uploaded photo and grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, check, transmit, and store it only as needed to provide the service, including through the providers described in the Privacy Policy. This does not authorize unrelated advertising or resale of your photo.
AI results may differ from your photo in appearance, clothing details, movements, and expressions. Exact likeness or identical movements are not guaranteed. Availability and processing time depend in part on third-party providers. These limitations do not remove rights you may have when a service is defective or not as described.
You may use the delivered video subject to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and third-party rights. AI generation does not guarantee copyright protection, uniqueness, or clearance of image, music, trademark, or other rights. You are responsible for reviewing your intended use and obtaining any permissions it requires.
Access and delivery
Use My Orders to check progress, preview the completed video, and download it. A delivery email is optional. If provided, it is used for completion notifications and order recovery. A missing notification does not prevent delivery through My Orders.
Without a delivery email, keep access in the browser used for purchase. Clearing browser data or ending a private browsing session can remove your access. Recovery links sent by email are valid for 24 hours and can be claimed by one browser; request a new link to use another browser or device.
Completed videos are available for 14 days after completion. Download and keep your copy before the expiry shown in My Orders. The service is not permanent video storage.
Problems, refunds, and your rights
Contact support about payment, access, download, or generation problems. Technical retries are limited, and a failed generation does not automatically issue a refund. Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy.
Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Misuse and restrictions
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, infringement, or attempts to bypass safety or access controls. We may refuse requests, restrict access, or remove content within our control where appropriate to address violations, suspected abuse, or legal obligations.
You may report a concern or ask us to reconsider a restriction at support@bbywowguyai.pro. Any payment or delivery issue remains subject to the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights; a restriction does not automatically issue a refund.
Service limitations and disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or a particular creative result. Generated videos are creative media, not professional advice or authentic evidence. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Contact support about billing errors, disputes, or other concerns. Contacting us does not limit your right to dispute a payment or use any remedy available under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We will update the date on this page when these Terms change and provide notice of material changes as required by applicable law. Changes apply from their stated effective date and do not retroactively remove rights relating to an existing purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
